AmeriCorps
ARCH serves as the operating site for the Community HealthCorps of Northern California; Community HealthCorps is an AmeriCorps Program operated by the National Association of Community Health Centers in collaboration with the federally administered Corporation for National and Community Service.
Communication ServicesCoordinates media projects for individual centers and to achieve ARCH strategic goals.
Empowerment through EducationAdministered by ARCH, this network-wide educational scholarship program targets health center employees and community members who are pursuing a career in the healthcare field.

Information Technology ServicesNetwork staff offers technical support, purchasing assistance, and installation of new software and hardware to member clinics.
Policy and AdvocacyNetwork staff coordinates communication with key legislative representatives on behalf of ARCH and our member centers, and facilitates the exchange of information with policy makers and decision leaders at the local, state and federal level.
Quality Improvement ProgramQuality improvement initiatives have primary focus at ARCH. Principle projects include the Accelerating Quality Improvement through Collaboration (AQIC), a California program concentrating on improving diabetes outcomes; Digital Retinopathy Screening, a program which supports early identification and intervention in diabetes; HRSA Collaboratives for cancer screening, HIV/AIDS and diabetes. ARCH projects are guided by our Performance Improvement Committee with input from the ARCH Medical Directors Committee.
Resource DevelopmentARCH staff researches and develops program proposals in response to funding opportunities for network and member health centers.
Specialty Care AccessWith the support of California Health Care Foundation, an ARCH-led collaborative assessment of local/regional specialty care availability, resulting in an implementation plan for increasing access for every individual whose health status requires a specialist.
