- Better Care: Improve the overall quality, by making health care more patient-centered, reliable, accessible, and safe. - Healthy People/Healthy Communities: Improve the health of the U.S. population by supporting proven interventions to address behavioral, social, and environmental determinants of health in addition to delivering higher-quality care. - Affordable Care: Reduce the cost of quality health care for individuals, families, employers, and government. Member clinics are fully engaged in continuous quality improvement. The ARCH Program supports this process by sharing best practices, coordinating a Diabetic collaborative, and facilitating quarterly dental chart peer reviews. Central to ARCH's mission is to improve the health of our communities by strengthening and supporting the efforts of our members to provide access to quality health care for all. The Performance Improvement Program affirms the National Quality Strategy:
